Thank you so much for your patience during our time closed, allowing us time to reschedule your appointments, and understanding that we are all adjusting to our new salon policies.
Garden Salon Guests:
We want to assure you that we are following (industry specific) CDC guidelines for both your and our personal health and safety.
If you are with fever or are experiencing ANY COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appt. Anyone with a temp over 100.4 will be asked to reschedule their appt. Know that staff members' temps are also taken twice daily.
We need to keep the number of people in the salon to a minimum. Please make arrangements for your child(ren) to not accompany you to your appt. At this time, we will not be squeezing in appts during color processing times as we once had. This is only temporary.
We also want to limit the time you are in the salon. We will not be offering Balayage, Ombre, Fashion Colors, Perms, Facials, or Massage Services. If you are coming in for just a Haircut, you may wish to wash your hair at home prior to your arrival OR forgo your Blowdry. This is, however, NOT mandatory.
When you arrive for your appt, we ask that you wait in your car and notify us of your arrival. (618) 628-2926
Your stylist will come to you when they are ready for you and will use a touchless thermometer to check your temperature.
Your stylist will be disinfecting their station prior to your appt. This is done after each and every client visit.
Masks are required to be worn while in the salon. No exceptions. Masks that go behind the ears are easiest for doing hair.
We ask that food and drinks are left in your vehicle.
Though all of this may seem excessive or overly cautious, we have to take all of these precautions. Your safety is our top priority.
